Dr Noach Berezovsky and the late Mrs Fanny Berezovsky established “ Waknine & Berezovsky Ltd”, a juice trading company and a technical consultancy for juice producers.
1987
The company represents CTM Brazil (for Orange) and Citrex Argentina (for Lemon).
1991
The company Prodalim B.V. is established in Europe, in order to accommodate a direct and efficient connection with European customers.
1991
Prodalim, together with GBM , signs a joint venture with the Cuban Government, in which Prodalim is in charge of upgrading the citrus industry in Cuba and handling the worldwide marketing of most of the Cuban citrus production. 
2000
Prodalim adds pineapple products to its portfolio and expands its supply base, adding countries like Thailand, Costa Rica, and Kenya, gradually becoming one of the leading suppliers of pineapple.

Prodalim builds its first blending factory Prodalim Iberia in Valencia, Spain.

Prodalim builds in a JV with the Pereira family, its first orange processing factory in Sao Paulo, Brazil ( Gota doce).
2016
Prodalim  acquires the company “IFB” with a blending factory in Livorno Italy - inaugurating the company: Prodalim Italia.

Prodalim signs an exclusive agreements with FCOJ production sites in Sao Paulo  Brazil, Frucamp.
2016
Prodalim raises external capital for the first time from I.W.S. BV (advised by Vaalon Capital).
2017
Prodalim expands its portfolio to include multi-blends and compounds.

Prodalim makes its first steps to enter the US market, acquiring the former Louis Dreyfus tank farm in Winter Garden, Florida and inaugurates its first blending station in North America.

Prodalim enters into a partnership with “Priniv”, an Israeli NFC Grapefruit processor.
2018
Prodalim acquires the former “Wild Juice terminal” in Rotterdam in order to build a state of the art compound factory.

“Prodalim Brazil” is established with a new structure to support  Prodalim's position as the 4th largest supplier of FCOJ.

Signed agreement with Selial- Orange factory in Sao Paulo, adding a 3rd orange factory.

Joint Venture with “Jugosa”, from Mexio to process organic orange, lemon and lime.

First major steps in the apple business, Prodalim starts processing under toll agreements in 3 factories in Poland.
