Prodalim Group to announce new strategic JV with Mexico based Jugosa
Prodalim Group, a leading global processor of fruit juices, purees and compounds, and Jugosa, one of the main organic citrus juices processors in Mexico, have established a strategic Joint Venture.
The JV includes an investment plan which will significantly upgrade and expand the processing, storage and distribution capacities of Jugosa.
The Jugosa factory is located near Monterey and specializes in processing organic citrus.
The JV between the companies will be focused on producing a wide range of Organic "Not From Concentrate" juices.
The main fruits to be processed are: Orange, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit and Tangerine as well as Apple in the near future.
The products will be destined mainly for the North American and the European markets. “This partnership is another milestone in Prodalim’s growth, in line with our vertical integration plan and quick expansion of our presence in North and Central America.
